If not listed, Google “background service apps stopping” alongside your device name.

For general devices:

1.Go to device settings.

2.Navigate to Apps & notifications.

3.Access Special app access.

4.Select Battery optimization.

5.Expand and choose "All Apps."

6.Select True Edge.

7.Tap Don't Optimize.

Huawei:

Open battery settings.

Locate True Edge, switch to “Manage manually.” Enable all activity permissions.
