This app intelligently measures your battery's charging and discharging currents. Without a charger, it displays discharging values (negative numbers). When plugging in, the current supplied by the charger is calculated, and any excess flows into the battery. For instance, if your phone consumes 300 mA without being charged (-300 mA), a charger supplying 500 mA would result in effective charging of 200 mA (displayed as +200 mA).
